I received a negative review. Regarding shipping, the buyer was not satisfied with disassembling the large kitchen board for transport, even though I explained it would be disassembled for shipping. After pickup, I did my best to accommodate, even promising to pay for assembly, but the buyer seemed to think I would not follow through and that I didn't understand unless they spoke to me directly, which made it very difficult to respond. Please refrain from purchasing if you tend to complain, have a condescending attitude, or cannot tolerate things not going your way. I do not accept complaints or returns for products. I am not responsible for accidents or loss during shipping. If the item is not delivered because the registered address is incorrect, I will ship to the address listed on Mercari. Please confirm receipt. I do not know if I can meet your request, but please specify the amount when commenting about price reductions. I have had pets since June 2019. The items I am selling are kept in a child's room that is not being used. I have a large dog that I keep outside, but I let it inside on rainy days and keep it within a fenced area.
