Regarding negative feedback: Someone negotiated a price reduction, but then complained about the shipping method (direct insertion for mini-sized packages) and took three days to leave feedback after the item arrived. The shipping method is stated, and the price includes shipping, so it's the cheapest and most eco-friendly option. I also inform them that it will be sent via mini-sized package. Rain? Seriously, if you're going to complain about rain, you should do it on the day the item arrives! ^_^ The negative feedback from that crazy person is laughable.
