Please ask if you have any concerns beforehand. ♡ Regarding replies Due to personal circumstances, my replies may be delayed. Please try commenting again after some time. Also, I cannot respond to greetings after purchase. Please refrain from requesting replies other than for questions, or from requesting shipment updates. ♡ Regarding packaging I basically use simple packaging. I do not accept claims after arrival, so if you have any preferences, please comment beforehand. (I do not accept packaging requests after purchase.) ♡ Regarding dedicated pages Please proceed with the purchase within one day. If you do not make a purchase within one day of the dedicated page being created, without any comments, I will delete the page. ♡ Regarding changes to shipping methods I cover the cost for standard mail, but other methods will be at the buyer's expense. The price will increase by the amount of the fees for each method. (If I change the method for my convenience, I will cover the cost.) ♡ Regarding shipping I have set the shipping time to 7 days, and I will ship within that time. I will send you a message if there is a delay. ♡ Regarding undelivered items Please do not cancel silently in the event of a delivery issue. I require your agreement to cancel after I have investigated the issue. ♡ Regarding frequently asked questions "I plan to purchase this item and the item ○○ that you have listed. Can I get a discount on the shipping cost?" → I generally cover the cost of standard mail shipping, so I cannot offer a discount even if you purchase multiple items.
