The customer mistakenly assumed our product's management number was 55mm and purchased it, then contacted us saying they received a 65mm product. Despite the size being clearly stated on the product page and shown in photos with a grid mat. Even if we were to concede and offer a return, they requested a refund of 200 yen for the return shipping via Rakuraku Mercari, but the return cost was the same as the purchase price, so they ended up accepting the loss.
