First, regarding the one negative review I received: I shipped the item in a cardboard box and bubble wrap, but the buyer left the package outside for an extended period despite the delivery location's snowy and rainy weather, due to the buyer's request for unattended delivery. This resulted in the item getting wet. Furthermore, I was given a retaliatory negative review because the delivery company and Mercari (the platform) supposedly wouldn't provide compensation. This was not my fault. However, I understand that some people may be concerned, so as a precaution, I will now put items in bags to protect them from rain before shipping. I will ship from the nearest Yamato Transport branch. No pets. Neither I nor my family smoke. I will ship in a cardboard box. If bubble wrap is not mentioned in the description, it will not be included. Please note that I may use recycled cardboard boxes, paper bags, or shopping bags. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about this. To prevent any problems, please be sure to ask any questions you may have. The packaging is done by an amateur, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfect packaging like that of a professional or store. I work on weekdays, so I may not be able to respond to questions until the evening. I will not respond to offers to lower the price if the item description states that the price is not negotiable.
