I prioritize the first person to purchase, even if there are comments. ✔️ I try to include many photos and write detailed comments. Please do not purchase if you do not read the description, are prone to complaints, are overly sensitive, or have a history of returns. I will block anyone who I determine has not read the description in the comments or with whom I do not wish to interact. I will cooperate with the management to identify and address any harassment. ✔️ I do not create exclusive listings except for multiple purchases, as they can lead to disputes. ✔️ I welcome questions about snowboards, as I have extensive experience and can usually answer them. I can make suggestions if you tell me your height and what you want to do. ✔️ Due to the high number of unreasonable price reduction requests, I no longer offer across-the-board discounts. Please purchase from other sellers if you want a discount. *I have turned off the price notification feature. I will ignore and delete questions like "Excuse me, can you lower the price to...?" or "Discount?". Even though I write it in the description and profile, I am troubled by dozens of "price reduction" and "board year" questions every day while I'm working, without people reading. Those people often complain. Please read the questions carefully and avoid duplication. *I will cover the 2700 yen shipping fee for snowboards (special snowboard case + shipping). ✔️ Many people who commit to buying in the comments then don't follow through, so please refrain from commenting or purchasing if you have a history of not responding to comments. ✔️ I do not offer holds. ✔️ For convenience store payments, I will cancel the purchase if the payment deadline is missed without notice, as I will assume there is no intention to purchase. ✔️ Many people do not leave ratings even after receiving the product. Therefore, I may cancel the sale for those with few ratings, who cannot be contacted, or who have many negative ratings. As a matter of etiquette, please rate the transaction upon receipt. ✔️ I use recycled bubble wrap and cardboard for packaging. For snowboards, I used to wrap them in cardboard, but it was difficult to dispose of, so now I put them in a nylon bag, apply cardboard to the bottom only, and ship them in a Yamato snowboard case. There has been no shipping damage so far. Snowboard boots will be shipped in a box or bag.
