This is a lovely, light-toned silk kimono for a sweet three-year-old. Cherry blossoms and falling petals surround mandarin ducks swimming leisurely in the water. The hem is luxuriously accented with kanoko shibori (small, tied-dye dots). It is a beautiful item with no noticeable scratches or stains. It can also be used as an *ubugi* (a baby's kimono worn for the first shrine visit), so it can be worn for a long time. The lining is made of synthetic fiber.
