The ART VAN DELAY is an analog delay pedal that digitally controls a BBD (Bucket Brigade Device) element. It achieves a delay time of up to 1200ms, which is among the longest for an analog delay. It has a unique analog delay tone with sweet, soft, and saturated repeats. It features modulation, allowing you to add a dreamy fluctuation to the repeat sound, ranging from chorus to vibrato. It also includes a tap tempo switch with three sub-divisions (eighth note, quarter note, dotted eighth note), expression pedal compatibility, and two preset settings, despite being an analog delay. It has a vintage-like tone while incorporating features that cater to modern scenes. It also supports control via MIDI, and when using MIDI, 32 user presets are available. The firmware is at the default setting and has not been updated. Power supply is 9VDC center negative only. I didn't step on it much because it was integrated into a switcher, but it is a used item, so there is some corresponding wear and tear (tape, etc.).
