Recently, I've seen many listings that simply label old Japanese guitars as "Japavin," but I have to say, really?! This guitar is a genuine Japavin! The body top is carved maple, the back is high-quality mahogany, and the neck is maple, the same material used on Gibson Les Paul Deluxe guitars of the time (70s). Another similarity is the pancake body construction. Considering these factors, Aria Pro II was one of the most accurate copy brands in Japan during this period. I remember that Aria was the catalyst for the copy war with other brands considered Japavin (Greco, Fernandes, TOKAI). Aria was at the forefront of the Japavin movement. This guitar, from that dynamic era, is certainly not bad. It's an LS-500 that's over 45 years old, so it's natural that there aren't many in good condition, but please check the images. It's in surprisingly good condition for its age‼︎ In terms of originality, I believe everything except the pickguard is likely original. Of course, I've disassembled, cleaned, and maintained the frets and fingerboard, so it's clean. I wanted to preserve as much originality as possible, so I will ship it even if there is some scratchiness, after explaining it. However, there are currently no contact problems or scratchiness. Given its rarity, I can't imagine the value or price decreasing in the future; they will likely only increase.
