This is an LDS bag. It can be carried by hand or used as a 2-way bag with the shoulder strap. I don't see any noticeable scratches, but please understand that this is a personal inspection. The size is also measured by a amateur, but it's about 30cm tall x 43cm wide. The gusset is about 12cm, so I think it can hold a lot of things.
