This tote bag was created by remaking a very well-preserved, reused obi (sash). This is a B5 size. It's a remake from a beautiful silver obi with large floral patterns. The butterflies subtly perched on the floral patterns are cute, and the silver threads sparkle beautifully. It has become a very elegant and gentle-looking bag. It has a magnetic button and a pocket. The handles are made from obi-jime (sash cords). The bottom has a core sewn in, making it sturdy and preventing it from losing its shape, allowing it to stand on its own. The lining is made from the lining of the obi. The size is just right for a B5 notebook. I think it can be used for lessons, outings, or as a sub-bag for celebrations.
