This 27cm stockpot is recommended for small restaurants and establishments with a limited number of burners. It allows you to use a frying pan or small pot simultaneously without interfering with other burners. Unfortunately, it doesn't come with a lid, but with a little effort, you can fit three pasta baskets at once. Please note that the baskets are not included. Also, this is just my personal opinion, but recently, very inexpensive stainless steel stockpots are being sold new online. Given the recent rise in metal prices, I wonder if such inexpensive items can withstand long-term use.
