Front: 5 cm, Back: 8 cm. The slope is about 3 cm, so it's a type that won't tire you out. There were some rough spots from the time of purchase. I haven't worn them much. They feel quite fluffy, and it seems like they would reduce the burden on your feet even for long periods of time.
