This is the Izu Kyuko 8000 series. After purchasing it, I replaced the wheels and couplers, and added a pantograph, running it a few times. There is no powered car. There is no original box, so it will be wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping. I think it's relatively clean, but please understand that this is amateur storage and inspection before purchasing.
