This is a used, but beautiful item, although it has been used very little. However, due to long-term storage, there is some peeling on part of the rattan handle (tsuru) (see photo 8). The white base features indigo-dyed illustrations of animals such as frogs and rabbits. The teapot has a rounded shape. The Choju-giga is a representative Japanese picture scroll.
