This camera is a semi-format (6x4.5cm) spring camera that uses 120 film, released in 1937 by Zeiss Ikon. As an aside, both Zeiss Ikon and Carl Zeiss are group companies under the Carl Zeiss Foundation, but they are separate companies. There are camera stores that sell this camera claiming it's made by Carl Zeiss, but strictly speaking, that's incorrect. The lens is a Zeiss Ikon Nettar 1:6.3 / 7.5cm. The shutter is a Telma made by Gauthier (later Prontor). The body has age-related scratches, dirt, and peeling of the leatherette. The bellows are deteriorated, but it doesn't appear to have any holes yet. The film confirmation window doesn't close completely due to age. The shutter, aperture, and focusing helix are working properly. The viewfinder is generally clear, but the spring on the eyepiece side is weak, causing the eyepiece to droop when pointed downwards. The lens has scratches and clouding due to age, so the contrast in actual photos may be slightly reduced. Beautiful people will look even more beautiful, and older people will look 1-2 years younger. The case and strap are deteriorated and are barely usable. In my personal opinion, it's in decent condition for a 90-year-old camera and I think it's still usable.
