These are shallow bowl and donburi dishes with a unique glaze in a beautiful uguisu (Japanese bush warbler) color.
Because high-quality glaze is used, each piece has its own unique and profound character.
No two pieces are exactly alike due to the variations in the glaze application.
These are products that require more care than regular dishes.
Water-repellent treatment is applied during the drying of the clay to prevent the glaze from adhering to the tokusa (horsetail) pattern.
As they are shallow bowls, they can be used for any dish, such as mini curries, pasta, salads, simmered dishes, and ohitashi (boiled and seasoned vegetables), making them a versatile addition to your everyday dining.
The height also makes them suitable for dishes with soup.
Due to their depth, they will complement any dish and are very easy to use.
