The center, made of fine linen yarn, showcases reticella lace with open cutwork in the shapes of circles, squares, and diamonds, needle-embroidered and combined with punto antico embroidery (classical embroidery, ancient stitches) using very fine linen thread, creating an exquisite decorative embroidery. The beautiful motif depicts a goddess with her hand raised, and a dog happily talking to her, gently surrounded by flowers, creating a heartwarming scene. The relief, made of hand-knitted filet lace, gives a cool and impressive impression. The appealing colors are antique-like, a mellow, off-white reminiscent of plaster, and a pale, slightly grayed ivory.
