Fifteen plastic measuring spoons that come with the Body Wing brand protein. (There may be slight differences in color and packaging depending on the time, but they are basically the same.) One level scoop is about 8g for whey protein and 10g for soy protein. For liquids, it's about 20cc. The size is 5cm in diameter and about 1.5cm deep. Unlike the deep, bucket-like type often seen for protein, the amount per scoop is small, but the handle is quite long, about 11cm, making it very easy and convenient to use for the last portion of a large bag or in deep bottles. (I find it very useful because I use an empty instant coffee jar.) Of course, I think it can also be used for cooking and baking. They are unused and have been stored in a box in the bags as shown in the image.
