The hemp twine is white, made of three strands, and woven more densely than a bowstring. Size: Approximately 4 cm wide and 5.5 cm long, a small oval shape, with a total length of 9 cm. It comes with a red mini string loop with a diameter of 2 cm. Since it is handmade, please forgive any minor imperfections. I made it as a cute mini waraji (straw sandal), so I don't recommend it for this purpose... - If you use it as a waraji, fold it lengthwise and rub it against the bowstring. - If you rub it well, the bowstring will sag 3-5 mm even with synthetic strings. - The string will tighten, improving the sound of the string and making it less likely to break. Waraji is also called "Waraji" (meaning "road of harmony"), and is very popular as a good luck charm for various life events (childbirth, entrance to school, travel, etc.). I think the lucky waraji would make a good present. Another product with the same name, "Lucky Waraji," has appeared on another flea market, so I've added a tag to distinguish it.
