A small Ko-Imari dish. The red and gold coloring is vibrant, and the floral design is lovely. There is a small fleck (blackish-brown spot) of about 1mm on the inside of the dish (see photo 3). This fleck is formed when ash or other materials adhere during firing. There is a kiln mark on the foot. Kiln marks are formed during firing and are not defects. The glaze is also well applied. (See photo 9) There is no noticeable damage, but as this is an antique, please check the condition in the images for small scratches and wear.
