This is the base for a hero belt. Belt bases are surprisingly troublesome to make. It's convenient because it allows for infinite adjustment instead of easily damaged holes. Approximately 120cm long, 10cm wide, and I believe the material is urethane leather. It's joined in the middle due to the length. The gimmick will be in the center, so there shouldn't be any problems. Please cut it if it's too long.
