It is a revised edition by Kanze Motoshige, the 14th head of the Kanze school, and published by Hino Tsunenosuke Shoten in Kyoto. It is a beautiful book with a blue cloud-patterned washi paper cover, a title slip with gold leaf sprinkled on it, and traditional Japanese binding with purple thread. The text is a combination of printed type and handwritten calligraphy, with easy-to-read furigana (phonetic guides). Noh plays such as Taisha, Tsurukame, and Shunei are included.
