The other was when I sold a pair of Nike shoes. Although the description included a long explanation stating that the box was not included, the buyer overlooked this. The photos showed the shoes with the Nike box, leading them to mistakenly believe the box was included. After receiving the item, they asked if the box was included, and I received a negative review. (They did not make any demands or try to force a resolution.) I strive to conduct transactions without issues, but I am still learning and reflecting on my shortcomings.
