This is a product I purchased and played with over 20 years ago. The only included accessory besides the house is the ladder; the outer box is not included. There was almost no dust or dirt, but I wiped it down thoroughly for this listing. However, there are: ⚠ Three areas of silver paint transfer (see photo 3) ⚠ Circular melting marks on the second-floor floor due to a rubber toy (see photos 6 and 7) ⚠ Faint melting marks on the ladder (see photo 9) There are no other noticeable scratches, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. I used to cover the melting marks on the second-floor floor with a felt sheet to create a children's room.
