This is likely an old Kyonuri lacquerware bowl. It features a tasteful split-color design with a dignified, subdued view of a pagoda scene on the interior. The bowl has a unique design, split with a gradation of black and vermillion. The interior maki-e (sprinkled picture) is modestly but carefully rendered.
